摘要
本文试从我国中小企业融资问题入手,分析中小企业信用担保的性质、作用及意义,针对我国中小企业信用担保体系的建设现状,在借鉴国际经验的同时,结合我国国情,提出完善中小企业担保体系的合理建议。
The paper,analyzing the quality,significance and effect of certified guaranty in middle and small enterprises,gives the recommendations of perfect certified guaranty in middle and small enterprises after considering foreign experience and Chinese conditions.
