摘要
针对目前高频疲劳试验机存在的某些缺陷,利用远程监测和现场实时控制技术对该设备进行改造研究,从而使高频疲劳试验机具备了计算机现场控制和远程监测的功能,为科学、准确获取疲劳试验数据提供了保证。以成组试验为例,详细介绍了系统在实际中的应用。试验表明,本系统可靠、界面清晰、使用方便。同时,将此系统用于教学可改进试验教学效果,提高设备的利用率。
Aiming at some defects of the high-frequency fatigue experiment machine, this machine is renovated using the technology of remote supervision and computer control. Thereby the high-frequency fatigue experiment machine will have the functions of computer control and remote supervision. It can provide scientific and precise experimental data. A group experiment is implemented and the application of the machine is introduced. This experiment shows that this machine is stable and reliable and the interface is friendly. At the same time, this experiment is also applied to teaching classes and it achieves good results.
