摘要
本文介绍了康熙至乾隆朝纂修的《蒙古律例》蒙、汉文版本 ,以及国内外的一些研究情况。探讨了与《理藩院则例》相关的问题 ,指出“乾隆内府抄本《理藩院则例》”不是《理藩院则例》 ,而是乾隆朝《大清会典则例》理藩院部分的稿本 ,《理藩院则例》撰修于嘉庆年间 ,是《蒙古律例》
This paper introduced the Mongol and Chinese editions of Mongol Law ( Meng gu lü li ) that edited in the Kang Xi to Qian Long period, as well as the information about study on it. and discussed some question about the Regulations of the Li Fan Yuan, indicated what is called the Transcript of Regulations of Li Fan Yuan that belong to the Collection of Palace ( Nei Fu Chao Ben Li Fan Yuan Ze Li) is the manuscript of the Regulations of Code of Qing ( Da Qing Hui Dian Ze Li ) , namely the chapter of Li-Fan-Yuan of this book. The Regulations of Li Fan Yuan it content is based on the Mongol Law ( Meng gu lu li ) and edited in the regime of Jia Qing emperor.
