摘要
解析了住宅配套设施的涵义及作用,提出了做好住宅小区配套工作的发展思路,认为在住宅配套设施的策划和建设时,应重视配套设施的基本问题;做好市场定位,勇于创新;发展经济实用的配套设施;充分利用社会资源和适度超前配置。
In this paper, author analyzed the concepts and functions of match facilities of housing community, on the basis of summarizing lessons from the development of match facilities of housing community, researched the match facilities of housing community on the view of history and development, raised some development countermeasures to improve the work for match facilities of housing community, we hold that we should pay close attention to the problems of match facilities of housing community while we plan and construction, positioning target market actually, innovating bravely, developing match facilities with economic and practical type, using social resources fully and going overtime suitably.
