摘要
根据水利部质检中心在工程质量检验过程中的经验,总结了规范有关表面预处理质量评定、涂料配套原则、金属涂层材料和涂层厚度检测等条款的执行情况,提出修订的建议和说明。
According to the experience in engineering quality examination by Center of Quality Inspection & Testing, Ministry of Water Resource, the performance of the specification about quality examination on surface pretreatment, the principles of coating and its mating system, materials of metallic coating and the methods to measure the coating thickness etc. are summarized. Suggestions for revising the specification and relevant explanations are described.
