摘要
综合分析和评述了近20年的铌酸盐系无铅压电陶瓷发明专利,着重介绍了主要的铌酸盐系无铅压电陶瓷相关体系及其压电铁电性能和制备工艺技术,并展望了铌酸盐系无铅压电陶瓷今后研究和发展的几个方面。特别是对NaNbO3、Sr2NaNb5O15体系以及相关钨青铜结构体系的改性、复合和理论研究,提出了具体的建议。
Niobate-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, especially niobate with tungsten bronze structure, have received great attention as new piezoelectric materials from the viewpoint of environmental protection. In this paper, the patents of niobate-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics in the past twenty years were summarized and reviewed. The future developments of niobate-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, especially for the substitution, composition and theoretical studies of NaNbO_3,Sr_2NaNb_5O_(15) and related tungsten bronze niobate, were suggested.
