摘要
根据生物质成型燃料特性 ,通过详细的热工计算及一定加工工艺研制出适合于生物质成型燃料燃烧的专用锅炉 ,这种锅炉采用双层炉排结构 ,具有消烟除尘作用。不但燃烧效率高 ,气体及固体不完全燃烧损失小 ,而且排烟中的烟尘含量 ,氮氧化物及二氧化硫含量低 ,符合国家锅炉的污染物排放标准要求。在我国秸秆代煤方面有较高的推广应用价值。
According to the speciality of biomass briquette combustion, thermodynamic calculating and special processing methods, the special boiler which applies biomass briquettes was designed and made. It had double fire grates which have function of smoke removing. Moreover, the combustion effiency of this boiler was higher and the incomplete combustion loss of solid and gas was less. The contents of fume, nitrogen oxide and sulfun dioxide in the vent smoke were low enough to achieve the national standard. So it would have a splendid future to use straw as the substitute of coal in China.
