According to the properties of the metal surface,the proper sufactants and assistants are selected. Then the water-base cleaning agent of HR-2 phase is also made by the proper process of preparation,which can be used to clean the metal parts and the vehicle surfaces excellently instead of some organic agents such as gasoline,kerosene,ethylene trichloride and is a saving-energy product.
