十二指肠乳头旁憩室对内镜下治疗胆管结石的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的　探讨十二指肠乳头旁憩室对内镜下治疗胆管结石的影响。方法　对 2 4 6例十二指肠乳头旁憩室合并胆总管结石患者全部行逆行胆管造影和内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术 (EST) ,并根据情况分别行网篮取石、机械碎石后网篮取石或气囊取石。结果　 2 4 6例患者行EST后 2 39例取出结石 ,2 13例行鼻胆管引流术。结论　十二指肠乳头旁憩室对内镜下治疗胆管结石的影响是有限的 。
