摘要
为了保护社会公共利益 ,制约行政权力膨胀 ,加强依法行政 ,我国应借鉴国外的一些成功做法 ,尽快构建行政公益诉讼制度。文章主要阐述了我国构建行政公益诉讼的必要性、可行性和如何构建等问题。
In order to protect the public welfare, restrict the expansion of the administrative power and strengthen the legal execution, we should refer to some successful measures from abroad and quicken the tempo of constructing the administrative public welfare proceedings in China. This paper focuses on the necessity, practicality and the approaches of the construction.
