摘要
介绍了水煤浆药剂输送系统及仪表和设备选型 ,并且对电机变频调速、减速器、螺杆泵、电磁流量计和单片机控制器的相关特性进行了分析。阐述了在目前没有这种药剂专用计量泵的条件下 ,同样可以做到药剂的准确添加 ,保证输送系统能够稳定运行。
Following an introduction to the additive delivery system and the instrumentationa and associated used,the paper presents an analysis of the characteristics of the motor with frequency conversion speed control,reducer,screw pump,electromagnetic flowmeter and single chip controller,Though the special additive metering pump is currently unavailable,it is still possible to realize dosing of additive and ensure the smooth operation of the delivery system
