摘要
对 3 .3 3dtex民用干纺与湿纺腈纶大丝束的预氧化工艺进行了研究。结果表明 ,预氧化温度和铺丝厚度是影响纤维性能的关键因素。预氧化温度 2 60~ 2 70℃ ,每 10min升温 10℃ ,制备的干纺与湿纺腈纶预氧纤维都能达到强度 1.6~ 1.7cN/dtex ,伸长 11%~ 16% ,极限氧指数大于 40 .5 %的纺丝用预氧纤维的质量要求。
The preoxidation process of 3.33 dtex dry or wet-spun PAN tow for civil textile was studied. The result showed that the preoxidation temperature and laying thickness had a critical effect on the properties of the fiber. The preoxidized dry or wet-spun PAN fiber could be produced under the conditions of preoxidation temperature of 260~270℃ and heating speed of 10℃ per 10 min,meeting the demand of textile production with the strength 1.6~1.7 cN/dtex, elongation 11%~16% and limiting oxygen index higher than 40.5%.
