摘要
通过对ABB公司的两种新型标积制动判据的研究,提出了一种新的评估差动保护动作行为的分析方法,即在穿越电流倍数-电流互感器传变率(流出电流比)坐标平面(p-s坐标平面)上分析差动保护的性能。利用这种分析方法,可以直观地得到:对于任意一种特定的判据,当外部故障的穿越电流造成电流互感器饱和时,判据的误动概率;在内部故障时有流出电流的场合,判据的拒动概率。该方法为有针对性地调节比例制动的各个比例系数、最大限度地发挥判据的效能奠定了理论基础。
A novel analysis methodology aiming at evaluating the operating behavior of a variety of differential protection criteria is proposed. The evaluation of the criteria proceeds with a plane in which the through current and current transformer transferring ratio (or the ratio of outgoing current to incoming current) as its coordinate axis. By use of this method, the mal-operation area of any differential protection criteria is visualized when current transformer saturates due to the large through current induced by external fault. On the other hand, the possibility of fail-to-trip of the criteria can be evaluated as well when outgoing current exists in the occasion of any internal fault. Therefore, it is possible to adjust individual settings in the percentage differential characteristics rationally and thus highlight the advantages of the certain criterion furthest.
