摘要
研究了采用上进样方式提高取向硅钢中N元素的分析精度的方法 ,通过对制样条件、分析条件等的讨论 ,得出了适合取向硅钢中N元素分析的条件 ,在此条件下 ,其分析重复性小于 4× 1 0 - 6 ,优于粉末下进样的分析精度 ,满足了生产分析的需要。
The present paper studies the method for improvement in analysis precision on N-element in the oriented silicon steel by way of topside entry of the sample.The appropriate conditions for analysis on the N-element in the oriented silicon steel have been determined through discussion on the conditions of sample preparation and sample analysis,and its repeatability of analysis is less than 4×10 -6 , which is superior over the analysis precision under the condition of bottom side entry of sample and therefore the requirements of the production analysis are well satisfied.
