摘要
针对20世纪80年代以来,我国北方地区干旱少雨,农业用水靠超量开采地下水维持、导致许多井灌区地下水位持续下降的态势,提出:为从根本上维护农业生产的可持续发展,必须采取综合性节水和涵养水源措施,提高水的利用率和水分利用效率,以促进北方井灌区地下水资源走上良性循环的道路,为高效农业服务。
Since the 1980s,because of scarce precipitation in the northern China, the level of farmland underground water has been decreasing especially in the well irrigation fields,which has resulted in lots of matters.In this paper some measures that save water use and protect underground water resources must be put forward to increase water use efficiency and maintain the sustainable development of agriculture.
