摘要
在分析全省近期水资源开发利用现状的基础上,对合理开发利用、保护水资源的问题进行探讨,并提出合理、可行的措施与对策。
Basing on analyzing the recent situation of water resources development and utilization in Heilongjiang Province,this paper discusses the problem of rational development,utilization and water resources protection and poses the reasonable and feasible measure and countermeasur.
