摘要
培养创新人才是时代赋予高等学校的神圣使命 ,应从观念理论、培养模式、教学方法、条件保障四个层面探讨高校创新教育体系的构建框架。
Training innovatory talents is the sacred mission which was given by the times to universities. This paper explores the frame of innovatory education system from four facts as follows:theory of concopt, modes of talent training,teaching method, necessary facilities.
