摘要
发展先进文化 ,要以提高文化自觉和重视文化创新为着力点。提高文化自觉 ,应当认清文化的地位和作用 ,了解我国和世界文化的状况、特点和发展趋势 ,把握正确的发展方向 ,自觉担当起文化使命。实现文化创新 ,要认识创新的重要性、迫切性和艰巨性 ,增强创新意识 ,提高创新能力 ,营造创新氛围 ,为创新提供有利条件。
Developing advanced culture should focus on raising cultural self-consciousness and paying attention to the cultural innovation.In order to raise cultural self-consciousness we should understand cultural position and function,learn the situation of China and the world,master the correct developing direction,and consciously undertake the cultural mission.In order to realize cultural innovation,we should understand the innovatory importance,urgency and hardship,strengthen innovatory consciousness,raise innovatory ability,create innovatory atmosphere and provide productive condition for the innovation.
