摘要
毛泽东在制定第一部中华人民共和国宪法 (“五四宪法”)的过程中作出的突出贡献体现在三个方面 :一是高度重视 ,全程参与 ;二是在理论上确立了立宪的基本原则 ,为宪法的制定提供了指导思想 ;三是毛泽东的宪法思想也是“五四宪法”的思想资源。可以说 ,毛泽东既是这部宪法的“总监制人” ,又是这部宪法的总设计师。
In the formulating course of the first Constitution of P.R.China ('Constitution of 1954') Mao Zedong's main contribution includes three aspects:1.paying high attention and participating in the whole course;2.theoretically establishing basic principle for formulating constitution and providing a guiding thought for making out constitution;3.Mao Zedong's thought of constitution is also the resource of thinking of 'Constitution of 1954'.It can be said that Mao Zedong is both a general supervisor and a chief designer for the constitution.
