摘要
目的 :观察参麦注射液 ,水蛭粉及马钱子在治疗血管性痴呆中的作用。方法 :将血管性痴呆 32例随机分为两组 ,治疗组 16例在用西药的同时加用参麦注射液静滴 ,水蛭粉马钱子胶囊口服 ,连用 8周。对照组 16例只用西药治疗。结果 :治疗组临床症状和智力测试有明显好转 ,脑电图、血液动力学和血液流变学指标也有改善 ,与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0 .0 1)。结论 :参麦注射液对提高脑循环灌注压有一定作用 ,水蛭对血液流变学指标有改善作用 ,马钱子对兴奋中枢神经、改善脑电发放有一定作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of ejection of ginseng and ophiopogon,the powder of leech and nux-vomica seed on treatment of vascular dementia.Methods:The cases of vascular dementia had been divided into two groups(16 each),the test treated by Wester drugs,ejection of ginseng and ophiopogon,the powder of leech and nux-vomica seed,while the control treated by Western drugs only.Results:The symptoms in clinic and the indexes in intellectural test had been improved,and the indexes of electroencephalogram,hemodynamics and blood rhelolgy improved also.There had been found significant differece between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:The Chinese drugs,ejection of ginseng and ophiopogon,has effect to increase the affusing presure of brain circulation,the powder of leech to improve the indexes of blood rheology and nux-vomica seed to better the discharge of brain waves. [
