摘要
作为人力资源市场的中介 ,职业介绍服务体系在其中发挥着越来越重要的作用。北京市在职业介绍服务体系建设方面虽然取得了比较大的成绩 ,但还存在许多问题。本文从公共管理的角度分析其中的一些问题 ,并有针对性地提出了整合资源、加快改革、发挥市场和民间力量 ;重新塑造政府、市场和社会三者新的关系模式 ;较好地配置政府与市场的各自优势 。
In the labor market, The function of employment service system is more and more important. In Beijing,the employment service system construction still has some defects although it has acquired great achievement.The paper analysed the problems existing in Beijing's employment service system construction from the angle of public management,and then put forward some advice and countermeasures,such as integrating the different resources harmonizing the relations among government, market and society,and forming the new employment service system.
