摘要
永定河是流经北京市境最大的一条河流 ,是“北京的母亲河” ,没有永定河就没有北京城。但北京城的历史发展也对永定河产生了深刻的影响 ,主要是因为北京城市建设与城市生活对木材和木柴木炭的需要 ,使永定河中上游流域的森林被严重破坏 ,导致水土流失加剧 ,下游善淤善决 ,水患不绝。当今具有根本性、长远性的保护举措 ,是永定河流域的各省市、自治区密切协作统一规划 ,坚持在永定河中上游流域植树造林 。
Yongding River is one of the biggest river flowing through Beijing city and it's “the mother river of Beijing”.But the urban construction and life destroyed the forest of its upper and middle reaches.Today the River should be protected by the provinces and cities under the leadership of the central governemnt.
