摘要
北京在筹办奥运会的过程中 ,在以奥运促进北京市政建设 ,经济发展的同时 ,也应该注意从根本上改善社会软环境 ,因为这一因素对奥运会的成功举办起着决定性的作用。本文提出 :软环境是硬环境发挥作用的中介 ;是社会现状的真实反映 ;具有社会整合功能。软环境建设是一个十分庞杂的系统工程 ,而大力发展奥林匹克志愿者队伍 ,广泛开展奥林匹克教育与文化活动最为重要。
In making preparations for Olympic Beijing 2008,we should not only promote the construction of the city, but improve the soft environment of the society ultimately. The article figures out that the soft environment acts as a media for the hard environment to exert and reflects the real conditions of the society. To make out this systems engineering, it's of great importance to widely develop Olympic education and culture activities, as well as expand Olympic volunteers.
