摘要
本文利用相似理论 ,对火炮弹道、强度、主要功能部件、炮位土壤建立了力学相似关系 ;确定了全系统各相似参数之间的相容性。以某 15 5mm加榴炮为原型 ,按比例 6 74∶1缩小为 2 3mm的模拟炮。设计了模拟炮的装药、弹丸和药筒 ,制造了模拟炮 ,并在其上进行了 7个射击实验项目。把模拟炮实验数据 ,与原型炮在国家靶场定型试验的结果比较 ,证明了相似理论在火炮模拟方面应用的可行性 ,模拟的效果良好、可靠。
Based on the dynamic similitude theory, similitude relationships in artillery ballistics, structural strength, major structural components, and emplacement on soil were established. Mutual relationships of all parameters in the system were established. The theoretical basis of model design and test technology were thus given. A 155mm artillery piece is taken as an archetype and reduced at a scale of 6 74∶1 for the design of a 23mm simulated artillery. All components and parts of the similitude artillery were thus designed. The artillery was made for shooting test. On the similitude artillery, 7 shooting tests were made and the data obtained from the shooting tests were compared with those from the approval test in the shooting ground. It was verified that the similitude theory applies well on artillery simulation and effect of simulation proved to be reliable.
