摘要 针对原、燃料输送和贮存过程中 ,设备、管道、料仓及溜槽等的磨损问题 ,对铸铁、高锰钢、超高分子量聚乙烯和NMC型耐磨陶瓷四种常用耐磨材料作了分析比较。指出用后三种材料制成的耐磨衬板中 ,在耐磨性能、抗冲击性能和经济效益等方面 ,NMC型耐磨陶瓷衬板均优于其他的耐磨衬板 ,其应用前景十分广阔。 In allusion to the wear and tear problems produced in equipment,pipeline,silo and chute during conveying and storage of raw material and fuel,the four common wearable material of cast iron,austenitic manganese steel,super molecule polyethylene and NMC type wearable ceramics are analyzed and compared.It is pointed out that among wearable liners made of back three material,the NMC type wearable ceramics liner is better than the other wearable liners in respect of wearable performance,impacting resistance and economical profit,whose application prospect is very extensive.
