摘要
叙述了气体介质在陶瓷 金属封接技术中的重要性 ,提出增加工作气体中的N2 含量可以增加其安全生产指标、降低封接成本 ,并保证金属化质量。
This paper is reviewed for importance of gas media used in ceramic-to-metal seal technology,it point out that increasing N 2 content of working Gas media made c eramic-to-metal seal safe production,decreaing cost and guarantee quality.
