摘要
在不含"三苯"的溶剂中,研究了氯丁橡胶(CR)、SBS、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、自交联剂N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NAM)及丙烯酸(AA)的多元共混接枝共聚,着重讨论了SBS用量、MMA/BA配比,复合交联剂NAM及AA用量、复合引发剂用量、聚合温度和聚合时间对胶粘剂粘合性能的影响,并用红外光谱对接枝产物进行了表征。研究结果表明:所研制的CR/SBS/MMA/BA/AA/NAM自交联环保型接枝胶对非极性鞋材的粘接性能优良。
The polybasic graft copolymerization of CR?SBS?methyl methacrylate(MMA)?butyl acrylate(BA)?N-(hydroxymethyl) acrylamide (NAM) and acrylic acid (AA) was studied in aromatic hydrocarbon-free solvent. Effects of the amount of SBS? the MMA/BA monomer ratio?the amount of AA and NAM?composite initiator? reaction temperature and time on adhesive properties were mainly discussed, and the polybasic graft copolymer was characterized by IR. The result showed that the adhesive property of this self-crosslinking CR/SBS/MMA/BA/AA/NAM polybasic graft adhesive to non-polar shoe material is excellent.
