摘要
以醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体,加入少量丙烯酸进行共聚改性,研制出一种乳液型铝箔纸复合胶粘剂。探讨了单体的组成、PVA、乳化剂的种类及用量、引发剂用量、聚合温度等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响。
A new kind of aluminium foil/paper laminating adhesive was prepared by using vinyl acetate and butyl acrylate as main component,acrylic acid modified copolymer emulsion. The influence of monomers composition,PVA,the type and amount of emulsifier and initiator ,polymerized temperature on the properties of the adhesive was discussed.
