摘要 该文提出一种利用数值模拟和简单热处理实验相结合来预测热吸收系数的方法 ,对碳钢 ,铝合金 ,镁合金在不同热处理条件下的热吸收系数进行预测 ,预测结果和热量计的测量结果显示很好的一致性。和传统的能量吸收系数的测量方法相比 ,避免了复杂的试件准备和仪器设备 ,该方法具有简单 ,可行 ,满足实际需要的特点。 Laser beam energy absorption coefficient plays a very important role in laser heat treatment.If the absorption coefficient is known before the laser heat treatment,it will be used to control the experimental results,and experimental expenses also can be saved too.A method to determine the energy absorption coefficient of laser heat treatment using temperature field simulation and the experiment results are presented.A series of experiments were carried out by melting and quenching heat treatment of many materials (Carbon steel,Aluminum alloy,Magnesium alloy).The prediction results have been compared with calorimeter measurement results,showing a good agreement with the experiments,and it can be used to predict the laser treatment result before the experiment.Comparing with the methods employed to measure the laser energy absorption coefficient,this method is more practical and avoid a lot of complicated measures.
