在法庭审判过程中,负责侦破案件和实施鉴定的公安人员极少有出庭作证的,负责支持起诉的检察人员应该获得他们的继续支持和配合。应建构现阶段我国警察出庭作证模式,使控辩双方拥有平等质证权利,遏制非法取证行为,提高诉讼的效率和质量。
In the court,the police seldom uphold the prosecutors to accuse the suspects of their offences.lt has done harm to the justice and the right of the suspects.To change fhis,the police should come to the court,and witness as the common witnesses.
