摘要
提出了将GIS应用到灌区管理信息系统,实现地理信息与管理信息相结合,为灌区提供了一种新型的管理系统。研究和设计了此类系统的体系结构、功能组成,并就系统开发过程中的主要技术进行探讨。
This paper presents the techniques of GIS and applies it into the management of the information system of irrigation fields, providing a new managing pattern for the irrigation fields. The paper illustrates the architecture and function module of the system and describes the main techniques in its realization.
