摘要
根据选煤厂煤泥浮选生产过程工艺特点,设计一种智能控制器,并利用STD总线工业控制机实现系统的智能控制,实际应用表明该系统可明显改善浮选系统工艺指标,提高浮选系统控制性能。文中阐述了该系统的控制算法、结构、工作原理、硬件组成及软件设计。
According to the technological characteristics of coal floatation processing,an intelligent microcontroller is designed and the STD industrial computer is used to bring about the intelligent control.An actual application has proved that it can improve both the technolgical index of the floatation system and the control function of the system.The paper also presents the control algorithm,hardware configuration and software design of the system.
