摘要
针对目前火电厂风机运行中存在能源浪费的问题 ,对变频调速控制技术进行研究 ,分析了变频调速控制的节能原理 ,介绍了变频调速的特点。通过应用完美无谐波变频器对某电厂引风机控制进行改造的实例 ,对引风机采用变频调速控制与传统调速方式做对比性试验 ,对节能效益进行分析 ,证明变频调速控制能获得良好的运行性能并取得显著的节能效果 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
The frequency conversion speed control technology is studied, the principle of energy-saving of frequency conversion speed regulation is analyzed, and the features of it is introduced, which aims the waste energy problem of operation mode of draft fans in thermal power plants at present. Through the retrofit example of draft fans control in one thermal power plant by using non-harmonic frequency converter, doing contrasting test of frequency conversion speed control and conventional speed regulation method to draft fans, energy-saving benefit is analyzed, it is proved to have perfect operation performance and notable energy-saving effect, thus has vast applying vistas.
