摘要
结合时代赋予中国高等教育的历史使命及高校基层党组织建设面临的新情况,从立足点、着力点、责任主体、实效体现四个方面论述和回答了高校基层党建如何坚持与时俱进的问题。
Combining with the historical mission of Chinese higher education bestowed on by times and the new condition we are facing in constructing the organization at the grass roots, this paper discusses and answers the question how the Party grassroots'construction at the tertiary level keep pace with the times from 4 aspects; standing point, the focus, the main responsibility and practical effect.
