摘要
从管理学的角度探讨电子阅览室管理的问题 ,认为电子阅览室的管理存在三大要素 ,明确管理思路 ,并对各要素的管理问题进行了探讨和论述。认为诸要素的管理都离不开人的因素 ,要保证电子阅览室网络系统的正常运行和管理活动的顺利实施 ,制度和技术规范的保障是关键。
From the angle of management science,this article explores the problems of management for electronic reading room,the three key elements of management,pointing out the management thoughts,probing into every key element.And it also shows that the management of every key element wouldn't be carried out without human factor ,the guarantee of system and technical norm would be the guarantee for successfully carrying out the normal activity and management of Network system of electronic reading room.
