摘要
新机制二级学院是高等教育大众化形势下应运而生的新的办学模式。文章分析了新机制二级学院学生管理中存在的突出问题及其原因,提出以人为本、因材施教、自我管理等教育管理策略。
The second-level college creates a new pattern for university administration in the massification education in China. The present paper analyzes the touchy problems in the student management and the corresponding causes. It put forward certain approaches to solving these problems such as putting the students in the first place, using appropriate strategies for different students, and enhance the students' consciousness of self -cultivation.
