摘要
家长在子女心目中是否有威信,是家庭教育成败的关键之一。笔者通过问卷调查,发现当前初中生家长有一种“失”威倾向,文章从家长的教育能力,教育方式,教育效果三个方面分析了影响当前初中生家长“失”威信的原因,并对如何树立和维护家长威信进行了深入探讨,据此,提出了一些可操作性建议,这对于树立和维护家长的威信,促进初中生健康全面地发展具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
The success of family education depends upon whether parents have prestige in children.With the help of surveys,the author perceives at present the parents of junior middle school students have a tendency of loss of prestige.Through the three aspects,ability of education,style of education and effect of education,the author analyses the causes affected parents'prestige and discusses how to set up and maintain parents'prestige.According to this,the author puts forward some enforceable proposals which have important meaning in setting up and maintaining parents'prestige and promoting the development of junior middle school students.
