摘要
工作内容激励是指工作本身对员工工作的推进作用。工作内容激励来源于工作符合员工的兴趣爱好、工作内容丰富、工作富有挑战性、工作富有成就感、工作内容兼顾员工职业发展。实施工作内容激励是项创造性的工程,此前必须以员工为中心进行工作再设计、运用"人—职匹配"理论指导工作任务的分配、创新组织形式,使之更加吻合工作内容。
Job substance inspiration refers to the impetus that job itself gives to workers, which comes from that the job accords with workers' interests and fancies, that the job is substantial in content, that the job is challengeable, that the job is successful, that the job gives consideration to workers' vavational development. Implementing job substance inspiration is an innovectional project, before which job has to be re-desighed by centering workers, job should be allocated with the direction of worker-post marching theory, organization structure has to be innovated to fit job content.
