摘要
本文论述了素质教育及信息素质教育的内涵以及给图书馆带来的机遇与挑战,分析了高校图书馆开展信息素质教育的有利条件及实施途径,目的在于重视和加强大学生信息素质教育的培养。
This paper first discusses the nature of quality education and information quality,then presents some opportunity and challenge brought on the libraries,and finally analyzes the advantages and ways the libraries will carry out the information quality education.
