摘要
本文介绍了“新解放”CA141同步器齿环的精锻工艺实践。通过实验研究确定了坯料的规格、锻造变形工艺规范及模具结构设计的有关工艺参数,从而在大型复杂结构齿形件精锻技术研究的领域中作出了有益的尝试,并且适合于批量生产的推广与应用。
This paper introduces the procition forging technology used for manufactur- ing CA141 synchronizer rings.According to the experimental research,the specification of blank rings,the technical standard of forging deformation and the technical parameters of die design are determined.It is obvious that this attempt is helpful to the research on big ring-shaced workpieces with a compli- cated structure in the field of precision forging technology,and the conclusions concerned are worth extending for the application of mass production.
