摘要
CAD/CAM系统可用于汽车零部件的模具设计和模具加工,设计人员可以利用CAD系统对产品进行精确的三维绘图从而采集到数据输入计算机;利用CAM系统对模具的加工进行模拟和仿真,并最终生成制件。通过利用CAD/CAM系统可以提高模具的设计质量和使用寿命,使模具加工由技能性劳动转化为简单的体能劳动,并大大节约模具设计的时间和原材料。
CAD/CAM system can design and fabricate the die of automobile accessory. The designer can make use of CAD system to make solid drawings. At the same time, the data will be inputted to the computer; CAM system can simulate and strypped_down the dies machining. Application of CAD/CAM system will improve the dies quality and longevity, make the dies machining from simple physical working to skilled working, and reduce time of dies design and raw and processed materials.
