摘要
介绍采用AlCl3 催化剂生产新型α-烯烃合成润滑油基础油的生产工艺 ,并通过工业试验 ,总结了反应温度、时间和反应压力对烯烃聚合反应的影响 ,得到以AlCl3 为催化剂制备中高粘度合成油适宜的工艺条件。
The production of novel poly (α-olefin) as synthetic lubricating oil in the presence of AlCl 3 as catalyst was introduced. The effects of reaction conditions including reaction temperature, reaction time and reaction pressure on the polymerization of olefin were examined by commercial scale trial and optimum conditions for manufacture of synthetic oil of medium or high viscosity in the presence of AlCl 3 as catalyst were obtained.
