摘要
鉴于大学生就业工作在我国起步晚,现尚处于倡导和探索阶段,该工作的有效性亟待加强。为适应大学生就业工作新形势,高校要进一步理顺就业指导工作的体制,加强工作队伍的专业化建设与就业指导课程建设,并将该项工作贯穿于大学生活的全过程,同时坚持不懈地开展必要的思想政治教育。
In view of the fact that the work of univeristy students' employment is still in the beginning stages, the effectiveness of the guidance work of university students' employment demands prompt reinforcement. In order to adapt the work of university students' employment to the new conditions, institutions of higher learning must further straighten the system of the employment guidance, strengthen the specialized constructions of the working force and offer courses of employment guidance. And the work must run through the whole process of the university life. Meanwhile, unremitting efforts are to be made to carry on the necessary ideological and political education.
