摘要
介绍了甲醇钠的合成方法、理化性质以及安全保护应该注意的问题。研究了用金属钠制备液体甲醇钠的生产工艺,建立了生产工艺流程。用该工艺制备的甲醇钠溶液的产率达到98%以上,游离碱含量小于0.5%,产品可满足制药行业的特殊需要,它比传统氢氧化钠制取甲醇钠有明显的技术性能优势。同时也对甲醇钠的测定方法进行了深入研究,建立了一种准确、可靠的分析甲醇钠的方法。
Sodium Methylate is an important organic intemediate used for pesticide and pharmacology.This paper introduced its synthetic methods,physical and chemical property and safeguard in the productive process.A technological method of preparation liquid Sodium Methylate with Sodium Methylate was investigated. The flow of technics was established. Using this method, the yield of liquid Sodium Methylate is greater than 98% and the content of dissociated alkali is less than 0.5%. The product can satisfy special demand of pharmacy。It has obvious technical performance advantages over the traditional method of producing Sodium Methylate from sodium hydroxide.The method determining of Sodium Methylate was investigated at the same time. A new method of nicety and credibility is proposed for analysis of Sodium method.
