摘要
目的 :探讨 18F -FDG双探头符合探测对恶性肿瘤诊断的价值。材料和方法 :2 2例原发及转移瘤患者接受了18F FDG双探头符合探测显像 ,及CT、超声检查 ,对照病理证实结果比较分析了几种影像技术的诊断效率。结果 :18F FDG双探头符合探测、CT、超声检出肿瘤的准确率分别是 94% ,69% ,69%。个别分化程度较高或太小的病灶出现18F FDG显像假阴性 ;炎性病灶可造成假阳性表现。结论 :18F FDG双探头符合探测对肿瘤原发及转移灶检测方面有较高的价值 ,但需与其他临床资料综合分析得出结论。
Purpose: To study the value of 18F-FDG Coincidence Imaging ( 18F-FDG CI) in the diagnosis and clinical staging of malignant tumors. Materials and Methods: 22 patients with pathologically confirmed malignant tumors received 18F-FDG CI, 20 of them undergoing CT, 16 ultrasound as well. The results of the three imaging modalities were compared with that of pathology. Results: The accuracy of 18F-FDG CI, CT and ultrasound were 94%, 69%, and 69% respectively. Nearly 63% of patients had their staging and therapy changed due to 18F-FDG CI. Conclusion: 18F-FDG CI was of higher value in diagnosing and clinical staging of malignant tumors.
