摘要
本文采用MIG和O_2—C_2H_2焰堆焊方法,在阀门密封处堆焊铜合金。试验结果表明:用新工艺研制的阀门密封面,各项性能指标完全符合设计要术,并可节省大量的铜合金,具有明显的经济效益。
In this research a copper alloy was buildup welded on the sealing surface of the HT20-40 valve by means of MIG and O_2-C_2H_2 flame. The experimental results show that all the properties of the sealing surface of the valve made by this new technique meet the design requirements and a large amount of the copper alloy can be saved.
