摘要
介绍凝汽器泄漏机组运行工况以及受热面结垢情况,针对水冷壁结垢主要成分为磷酸盐垢,提出碱煮-盐酸清洗方法。在江油电厂50MW机组应用,垢洗脱率达90%以上。
The main constituent of the scales attached on the wall of the power plant is calsium phosphate and magnesium phosphate. A cleaning method with a aqueous solution of NaOH and Na_3PO_4 is put forward. This method is used in a set of 50 MW generator in Jiangyou Power Plant with a cleaning efficiency of 90%.
