摘要
本文用多元统计分析的方法研究了板材的材料参数与起皱行为(YBT结果)的关系。给出了材料参数作用的显著性顺序。分析结果证实了许多作者用单因素分析得到的若干基本结论,同时发现某些新结论。分析表明,多元统计分析是研究受许多材料参数影响的板材起皱行为的有力手段。
A method of multiveriate statistical analysis is used for studying the relationship between material paremeters of sheet metals and the YBT results. It has given an order of succession for the material parameter effects. The results of the analysis proves several new findings as well as some general conclusions which were drawn by other authors with the simple factor analysis. This work shows that the multivariate statistical analysis is a forceful mathematical means to research the relation between material parame ters and some complex phenomena when the wrinkle problems in sheet metal forming are to be solved.
