摘要
种子多糖胶分离提取工艺试验表明 ,根据种子胚乳坚硬的物理性能 ,用机械分离方法分离种子胚乳 ,其多糖胶抽提率大于 80 %。烘炒法适用于种皮厚而硬一类种子胚乳的分离 ,正交试验表明烘炒温度对种子多糖胶抽提率和粘度指标影响最大 ;皂荚胚乳的最优化分离条件是种子在 80℃下预热 60 min,然后在 160℃烘炒机中烘炒4min,再进入开片、选片和筛选工序 ;野皂荚胚乳的分离条件是种子 80℃时预热 3 0 min,13 0℃下烘炒 3 min。
The content of polysaccharide from endosperm is more than 63%, and the content of endosperm varies from 30.5% to 41.3% of the seeds weight. Endosperm can be separated from the hull and embryo by taking advantage of the difference in hardness of the various seed components. Multistage grinding and sifting operations are combined with other physical treatments to crack the seeds and separate the parts. The pretreatment of G. sinensis, G. microphylla and Tara seeds must be used the drying way. By orthogonal experiments the optimum technology parameters of G. sinensis ( G. microphylla ) gum are as follows: preheating time 60min (30min), drying temperature 160℃ (130℃), drying time 4min (3min).
