摘要
本文根据国内外卫星遥感在沿海资源与环境调查监测的实际效果和经验,从河口海岸变迁研究、三角洲规划与河口治理、海岸上程选址,潮滩资源与生态环境,海岛开发与近海渔业遥感,海洋灾害监测与海岸带管理等方面概要说明航天技术的应用效益和发展前景。
On coastal zone, there are abundant natural resources and various surface features. It is also the place where environment changes rapidly. Thus satellite remote sensing play a special role and may gain special efficiency in the investigation of such region. This paper gives a brief introduction to the application of satellite remote sensing in the investigation of estuary and coast evolution, planning and regulating of estuary and delta areas, site-selection for coastal engineering, resources and ecosystem investigation of the tidal flat, islands exploitation and nearshore fisheries sensing, marine disaster monitoring and coastal management, and their obtained economic and so-cial benefits.
